Lately, I have been waking up at night with really bad pins and needles in
my hands and feet and during the day my hands, arms and feet are really
itchy.

I have also  noticed that some of my glands are slightly swollen but will
give them a few weeks before following up with my GP.

Has anybody on this list experienced these pins and needles?
Any suggestions on how to prevent this from happening?

I have been diagnosed with CD for about 3 years now and follow a strict gf
diet.
