I appreciate the time it takes to respond to these sorts of questions, so
thanks to those folks, and thanks for the info.

www.Glutenfreeda.com is of course, a great website and has now started
offering GF/CF recipes on their website.

Kinnickick.com is a good site for their Alta foods which are GF/CF.

This is on the Kinnickknick website when asked about the products that are
casein free.

"Almost all of our products are casein free. The following are NOT CF.

Tapioca Rice Cheese Bread
Fruit Cake (seasonal)
Chocolate Covered Almond Biscotti
KinniBetik Chocolate Chunk Cookies

You can easily identify which products are GFCF (gluten free casein free) by
looking for the ALTA GFCF Logo.

We also provide an Ingredient Quick Reference available in the Resource
Center."

They also have on their website a way to find stores in an area. 4 stores
in the Birmingham, Al area are listed.
Harvest Glen - Birmingham, AL
100 Euclid Avenue

Health Food Source - Birmingham, AL
420 Cahaba Park Circle

Health Foods West - Birmingham, AL
1923 Bessemer Road

Victory Market
5510 Hwy 280 South
Suite 117Birmingham
AL,US 35242

Website is great for info. It does say you might want to call first to make
sure of their inventory.

There are many GF foods in Oriental markets. She should not forget to try
them.

You may want to contact the Gluten Intolerance Group of North America (GIG)
for information on persons to contact in Alabama. They have an outstanding
resource list that they are happy to share with those that need help.

This is the page for the GIG groups.
