Hi List -
Still trying to learn here -- trying to find a suitable substitution for
Kraft Macaroni & Cheese for my 4-1/2 yr old. (We've only been GF for a
little over a month) I got some rice noodles that are good, but regular
cheddar just doesn't melt like velveeta or cheez whiz, but I can't find
out if these are okay. I know to beware of most processed stuff though,
so I'm throwing the question out to you all since I can't get any
answers. If they're not GF, does anyone have any great ideas as to how
to make it "look" and/or taste the same as Kraft? Getting a little
rebellion going on here :) Any help is appreciated.
