Hi Everyone!

Our Springfield, Illinois, gfcf/celiac support group welcomes those with
celiac disease and autism spectrum disorders (autism/asperger's/add/adhd).

Our FIRST speaker on May 6, Sunday, 2:30-4pm is Michelle Melin-Rogovin,
Program Director of the new Celiac Disease Program at the University of
Chicago. Stefano Guandalini, a physician and celiac disease researcher (also
Alessio Fasano's teacher) is the medical director. Michelle will describe
the program's comprehensive approach to care for celiacs. She will also ask
what needs are not being met in Central Illinois. I've asked her to
arrange free celiac testing in Springfield for this Fall, and she is
looking into it!

This Sunday, we will have lots of foods to sample, coupons, literature, and
fresh baked gluten-free bread. We might have Gluten Free Living Magazines.
