Due to a facility schedule conflict, Chesapeake Tidewater Celiacs, a Chapter
of the Celiac Disease Foundation, will meet on alternate dates in February
and April 2009.  New dates are February 12, 2009 and April 23, 2009.  Please

Chesapeake Tidewater Celiacs is sponsoring the Gluten Freebie gymnastic
event on February 8th, 2009 at Excalibur Gym in Virginia Beach, VA from
3-5pm.

Advance registration is strongly recommended.  Uno's Chicago Grill has
agreed to donate Pizza, and Dr. Lucy's Cookies is donating gf cookies for
the event.  Cost of the gym is $10/child, however scholarships are

It is truly amazing what a few people can do when they all work for the same
goals, and it is a beautiful thing when many work together for the common
