Greetings fellow coeliacs,

There is a company in Australia, Be Natural, have a range of snack foods
which appear to be gf.

But to be on the safe side I rang and spoke to one of their food technicians
(who did not identify himself).

They make the glucose from wheat starch. Since wheat starch and gluten are
so closely linked, does anyone have any information as to the gf nature of
glucose from this source.

I will bulletin the responses I get.

Thanking one and all in advance.

Kieleigh,
(Sydney, Aust)
