In a summary about GF soy sauces there was the following:

"Angostura soy sauce is GF (not recommended for taste)"

I contacted the company last December and they reported that
their soy sauce contained 0.05% gluten.

At the time, I was trying my hand at cooking my own Chinese food.
I was using Angostura soy sauce because I thought it was GF.
However, I kept having an ever-so-slight gluten-type of reaction
(just enough to know something was wrong).

I contacted the company and that's when they told me their soy
sauce contained 0.05% gluten. Since the gluten content is so low,
it's possible some people could be using it w/o knowing that there
is a tiny bit of gluten. My own reaction was almost unnoticeable.

Does anyone know if things have changed?
