My 7 year old daughter was diagnosed with celiac disease October 2 years  
ago. Since that time she has gained a substantial amount of weight in my  
opinion. She is often hungry! Her doctors are not concerned but as a mom I am.  
She notices that the other girls are skinnier, although she is just a 
little  chubby. Is this to be expected or is there something I should be checking 
in to  as well.
