Has anyone out there replaced flour with corn meal?  I just popped a
cobbler in the oven that I substituted flour with corn meal and a little
rice flour.  I also added a little extra milk.  Keep your fingers
crossed and keep those recipe's coming.
 
This news group is the best thing!  I have been on the GF diet for at
least 10 years and finally I can communicate with other celiac's and
learn from your experiences.  Thanks.
