I have used WalMart (Great Value brand) boxed potatoes for a long time with
no problems. They now have new packaging which still has " A Gluten Free
Food" printed on the box. Last night after dinner as I was throwing the box
away I noticed that the allergy labeling on the back has "traces of wheat"
on the list. I guess WalMart does not understand the meaning of gluten free.
Therefore I suggest that anyone who uses their products not depend on the
gluten free label (as I unfortunately did last night). This has been a
standby for me and I will sure miss it. Olivia in VA
