I learned from 'sandybill' that Ibuprofen is gluten-free--but a couple of
years ago I was warned away from it by several different health
professionals. I can't remember just why they said not to use it, but I
seem to recollect that it is hard on the stomach and gut, and that it may
also blunt the villi of the duodenum and jejunum.

I would like to ask the list if you have heard any such thing--is it OK to
use Motrin or generic Ibuprofen?

Thanks

Chris
