Hello, everybody. Hope everyone is eating correctly. Thanks to the 79
people who answered my Diabetic/Celiac questions dealing with gelatin and
marshmallows and candies to carry around for low blood sugar times. You
were so much help. Not only did I find out that gelatin does NOT contain
gluten, I also received a lot of suggestions on what to carry around with me
for low blood sugars that are GF. My source was WRONG--gelatin does not
contain gluten. For diabetics wanting marshmallows that are GF, Kraft
Jet-Puffed Marshmallows are safe. Also, here are a few safe candies to eat:
Wonda Bars, Baby Ruths, Butterfingers, Goobers, Nestles Chocolate and Milk
Chocolate, Turtles, Pay Day, Butternut, Tootsie Rolls, Orange Cream Pops,
Life Savers, 3 Muskateers, Almond Joy by Hersheys. These are just some of
the things listed. Oh yeah, Snickers, too. Thanks for all the info on
these candlies and others. Diane
