Hello,
Is it really true that if one of us had to be admitted to the hospital and
told the staff that ingesting wheat or gluten in any form makes us very ill,
they would force us to have it anyway unless we showed them a piece of paper
that had biopsy results on it? It sounds inhuman, and I find it very hard to
believe. If it is true, I would certainly like to know.
