Dear Listmembers,

I contacted Outback Steakhouse again this week to affirm their GF menu
items.  In return, they sent me a GF list which is the same as the one
posted previously on this list.

We have eaten at Outback Steakhouses all across the country in the past
nearly 2 years since my husband was diagnosed with Celiac and used the
GF list provided by them.  He has not had any problems at all.  Maybe we
have just been lucky.

We try to maintain 100% GF if at all possible.  He is one who reacts
within 1-2 hours of an accidental ingestion so we definitely know when
we make a mistake.  Thank goodness, not often.

I know that we still have to be careful of cross-contamination issues in
the restaurant itself, and I wonder if that might be the problem for
those who have had reactions.
