My neighbors son has just been diagnosed with Celiac. She is having a
problem packing his school lunches. He loves sandwiches. Any ideas?
Also, his cousin was diagnosed and the Dr. they saw said that it was ok to
pack a lunch on white bread because white bread did not have that much wheat
in it, more fillers. I disagreed. Has anyone else heard this?

Thanks
Kris in NJ
