So far most of you have said that I should take L-Glutamine to help heal
my leaky gut. The recommend dose seems to be one 500mg capsule with
each meal (3x day). It has also been recommended to take one probiotics
with each meal. Several of you have been taking L-Glutamine for a long
period of time with good luck. Some of you said you take two a day
(a.m. and p.m. meals). Others just take one a day. I found a lot of
information by searching the internet that points to a great benefit in
healing leaky gut by using L-Glutamine. I did not, however, find
anything (by physicians) that indicated the recommended dosage. If I
receive any other info - I'll pass it on.

Thanks to all of you for your replies.
