Thank you so much for all the responses, there were a
lot, and they were very helpful.

With regards to a breastmilk supplement, some said
Enfamil and Similac were fine, but to check with the
manufacturer on the gluten free status.

Other said that it was better to use a soy formula
supplement made by Similac o Enfamil, but I did get a
response saying Kroger's and Wal-mart make a soy
formula and the store brand is gluten free and lactose
free because they're made at a different wharehouse
than the others.

With regards of when to introduce wheat, some said a
year, some said 2-3 years, and some said never. He
will be mostly gluten free at home seeing as that's
how I cook, but I don't want to keep him from it if
he's not a celiac, so I will introduce it, but
maintain a watchful eye for any symptoms. And moms say
that rice cereal is the first thing they start on and
that's definately gluten free.

With regards to testing, I think I'm out of luck. You
can have babies tested for the genetic marker, but
even if they have it doesn't mean they'll develop it,
and he'll have to ingest wheat to find out if he has a
reaction to it. But, atleast I know what to look for,
so he won't have to suffer that much.

Thank you so much, I got tons of responses, but this
is just a summary of what I got from everyone.
