The lasagna noodle recipe given recently reminded me that I had not made
lasagna for a while!

Anyway,I can't remember if someone else has had this idea, but I use Asian
rice paper (usually Vietnamese) for lasagna noodles. I put a layer of about
four (this takes more than 4 pieces depending on the size of your pan) on
the bottom and in the middle layer. The meat sauce needs to be bit juicy to
moisten the rice paper to a noodle consistency. It is best when you make the
lasagna the day before and let it sit (also for the spices) but it works out
great!

Cass :)
