I traced a recent gluten reaction to apple cider vinegar.  I threw out my
supply and went to the store to buy some more.

I found several A C vinegars at various prices.  I read two labels for very
similar products by the same manufacturer.  One said  5%  acetic acid while
the other, a more expensive vinegar with a darker colour, said 5% acetic
acid  - 100% apple cider vinegar.

Obviously we cannot assume that because it is called apple cider vinegar, it
is.

Be careful out there!
