With the holidays approaching my husband and I have begun making plans. We
are newly married and are somewhat expected to begin making the rounds of
relatives during holidays. I have an abundance of reactions to things in
addition to gluten. I am not sure how to deal with this. Do I tell new
family members that I need a special menu? That seems soooo demanding. But
I really don't want to be stuck at home either. I really can't eat corn,
rice, sugar or dairy as well as no gluten. This makes a pretty tight menu
to ask some one else to cook one for one person. My husband suggested we
take some food of our own that I can eat.
Any suggestions?
Donna
