I didn't see the original request for puff pastry recipes.  A friend sent me this link quite some time ago and, although puff pastry is labor intensive, I thought I would give it a try one of these days.  This blog also provides step-by-step photos and you'll find many incredible recipes here.  I don't think all of them are gluten free, so read the recipes carefully to be sure.  I still haven't tried this...
