Thanks to those who have responded to my request for "tips" for newly
diagnosed celiacs. To all others: please don't be intimidated by my
request for 10. If you have just one, please send it! Also, I am especially
looking for "practical" tips. As an example, I remember a recent post by a
person who carried GF soy sauce in a small perfume bottle in her purse
so she could use it inconspicuously at chinese restaurants. Also, I really
would love to receive tips for snacks and coping strategies for kids. If
kids have tips for kids, I'd love to get those too. Thanks.
