My wife went in last night hoping to pick some up on the way home from work.  She was told that they make the GF cupcakes first thing in the morning so that they can use pots, pans, etc. that were "sterilized" at the end of the previous day.  As a result, they've been selling out of the GF cupcakes in the morning.  So for those of you hoping to get GF cupcakes, get there in the morning.  They open at 10.
