Hi List:

If you're travelling or looking for easy microwave lunches, a suggestion is
the single-serving microwave meals packaged in small round containers. I came
across the following in my grocery store. If anyone has other single-serving,
microwavable meals that can be found in a regular grocery store, I'd be
interested in receiving your ideas.

Hormel Dinty Moore Beef Stew
Hormel Kid's Kitchen Beans & Weiners
Hormel Chili with Beans
Chef Boy Rice with Chicken & Vegetables *

I called both manufacturers. Hormel said their above 3 meals were
gluten-free.

* Chef Boyardee reviewed the spices/flavorings (wouldn't reveal contents to
protect their recipe) and said the meal was gluten-free. Chef Boy is
primarily a pasta-related food producer, although they clean their lines
between runs.

Best regards to all,
W. Wark, Exton PA
