Hi Listmates,

I just spoke with a customer service representative at McCormicks at
800-632-5847.

She confirmed that all pure spices are GF as are most blends.  (Be sure
to check the ingredients label on the blends.)  Their extracts and
flavorings are GF as well.

Some of their mix packets are GF and some are not.  She recommended
checking the ingredients label as gluten will be plainly listed as an
ingredient.

She also advised that on all McCormicks products, the ingredients label
would plainly state if wheat, oats, rye or barley was an ingredient.
