I contacted the company that Nancy listed as carrying the enzymes that
have helped her so much, and received a puzzling answer to my question
about whether they contain wheat/gluten.  The company is Ness and they
stated that the enzymes are fungal. They are derived from wheat that in
the processing becomes an enzyme. They said they DON'T CONTAIN wheat, yet
come from wheat. Just wonder about the chemistry in this equation. I'm
not sure if I should begin taking them or not. Plus, they said that they
only sell to health practioners due to the strength of the enzymes. The
practioner can then monitor the patient.
