Dear Listmates -
Thank you to all of the people who responded!
There were many responses - and all but one said that Splenda
is GF.  Many people had checked with the manufacturer.

The only exception was one listmate whose mother had
questioned the GF status when she read the ingredients of
Splenda on the packet - She wasn't sure if the ingredients were GF.

So - Here is to a tasty cup of coffee or decaf or whatever we may
use it for! Many listmates use Splenda in their recipes.
