I would really be grateful if you could help me with this blood test for
my son. The reason I keep after this is he has now appatite(sp) week after
week, and there was a dramatic change in his behavior and grades when we took
him off of gluten to see if that was the problem. After there was such a big
change ,then we tried to prove it by test and all have been negative so far.
Also I think his growth spurt started as a result of being gluten free for
about 4 months maybe longer. The challenge was about 6 or 8 weeks I don't
remember exactly.. He's the typical tall skinny 12 year old boy. He proudly
announced he is 105 lb. now.
This antibody test was done by SmithKline Beecham.

       Gliadin IGG antibody <7.
        Gliadin IGA antibody <3.

Reticulin antibodies none detected titer
endomysial IGA antibodies none detected titer

If you have time to comment on the test verses real world experience .
 Thank you in advance.
