Get ready South Florida to taste the best scones and pastry! I had the absolute pleasure this morning eating a GF blueberry scone and a GF chocolate chip scone. I have been a celiac since 1996 and have to be honest these are the best I have ever tasted since going GF. They are baked by Gina and her bakery is A Passion for Pastry. I have no financial interest in this company I only wanted to share this find with other celiacs as I know how hard it is too find soft moist pastries. Her contact number is 954-309-8684. I am not sure she is ready to ship yet, but South Floridians, get ready for an unbelievable taste extravaganza. We are lucky!
