Hello Folks,

I'm trying to help out someone who just had a biopsy done for celiac disease. Apparently the results were equivocal and they are recommending that she do the blood test, which won't help since she's been gluten free for quite sometime.

Someone once told me that when they got a negative biopsy result, they asked for a second opinion (and I thought for sure they told me it was Prometheus). Apparently when the second reading was done by a lab that reads many of these, they were able to see some atrophy that the first lab had missed.

Does anyone know of a lab who specializes in analyzing biopsies from patients with suspected celiac disease?

Thank you!

Joyce in Oregon
