Someone recently brought up the subject about coupons for gluten free items.
I live in Vancouver BC which has health food stores that regularly have
items that are gluten free on sale not necessarily issue coupons for the
items.

However I must say I was more than pleased tonight to get to reading last
nights weekend paper - the Vancouver Sun and the coupon book put out by the
telethon that was just held this weekend - Variety Children's Charity. Here
was a 48 page coupon book which I happened to leaf through and there on page
9 was a full page ad from Kinnikinnick Foods about Gluten Free Never Tasting
So Good and a $.50 coupon.

I almost fell off the chesterfield! I will be off to Safeway to redeem my
coupon tomorrow!

There were only about 16 full page advertisers, and the rest of the
companies just put in coupons (about 40). So what Kinnikinnick did in
taking out the full page ad was over and above what most advertisers did.
The Vancouver Sun has a large reading audience as it is the only Saturday
paper published for greater Vancouver.

I have no interest in any of the companies named, I am just a happy
consumer!
