HI to the List,

   My neighbor was kind to invite us over a few weeks ago. I invited her and
her family back over on Labor Day weekend.

   I am, by no means, a cook. So I decided to make a dessert party(figuring
it's easier than making a dinner hehe).

   Does anybody have any good gf dessert recipes which are simple, use few
ingredients, and tastes good? I have a gf cookbook, but the recipes in there
seem kind of long and complicated. I don't have a lot of patience in the
kitchen.

   I'm the only one in the crowd on the gf diet, but I figured it would be
easy to make something gf for everyone.
