I just read in the archive a post from March 13 regarding hydrolyzed soy
protein but there's no summary to that post yet. I understand hydrolyzed
vegetable protein is a no-no (is it because the term is so vague?) but if a
product's ingredients specify hydrolyzed soy/corn protein is it ok to eat?
This is on a whole ham my mother-in-law is cooking for Easter. I haven't
called the manufacturer. I have far more confidence in this group than I do
in most food company phone people. Thanks.
