I have been gf one year and have been taking L-glutamine & acidophilus
to healy leaky gut.  At my last dr's visit, he scared me with the ?
"Are you on heart medicine?"  My bp had dropped 40 pts! to 140/80.  At
my allergist it was 138/68 (different instruments, I guess).  Today I
went shopping for a pair of jeans and low and behold, I needed A SIZE
SMALLER!  Nothing has changed except for a gf diet!  Happy, happy!!
