Stone Hearth Pizza in Porter Square, Cambridge, Massachusetts not only 
has gluten free pizza, but many GF items on their menu, salads, pasta 
dishes, dessert and GF beer as well.  They said they cook their GF pizza 
in a dedicated oven.  They use local and organic ingredients, and are 
friendly and attentive as well.  I have no financial interest in this 
company, just passing along a recommendation based on one good visit.
