Hi Listmates -

My husband will be taking our 8 year old celiac son on a short trip to the
UK in Dec. Since all the food products are foreign to us, could someone out
there give a few brand names of food items that are safe AND CAN BE FOUND
IN REGULAR SUPERMARKETS OR SHOPS (as opposed to specialty shops and
oriental markets. We need some convenient place to shop). I'm specifically
looking for GF crackers, ceraels and chocolates/candies and snack-y food.

This would save a tremendous amount of time in label reading and shopping.

I am particularly concerned about Wales, Ireland and Scotland. They will
also be in Guernsey.
