My son is a college freshman this year and says a lot of his friends are eating the microwavable "Easy Mac".  We were wondering if anyone knows of an equivalent that is GF.  I know there are frozen mac and cheese dinners that are GF but does anyone know of one that is not frozen but is instant in the microwave?
