Dear Listmates -
I have no financial interest in EnerG -
I just ordered a lot of the gluten-free tapioca dinner rolls early last
week,
so that I would have them here for Thanksgiving.  This was
my first time ordering these - never tried them before.

Well, I just got a wonderful surprise.
They were just delivered, and they are fairly large rolls, just like
wheat-based Kaiser rolls in texture and size.

I sliced one and warmed it up, buttered it, and the taste and texture
are also like a wheat-based Kaiser roll.

We are going to have a GREAT Thanksgiving!
