First, thanks to all who responded. You guys are great! The following
are suggestions from the list:

 Phillips; Restora Lax; Colace; Miralax; prunes; Safeway Womens  Laxative;
Paleo diet; Dulcolax; Clear Lax; Miracle Fibre from Vitamin Shop;
Polythylene Glycol powder; Vitafusion Fiber Gummies; Prunalax; Metamusil; pure
magnesium

My own doctor recommended that I purchase organic fruit and vegtables and
process raw with peels in my VitaMix (which I already had) and drink each
morning. She told me to have Miralax on hand to supplement this if needed.
She said Miralax is mild and kind to Celiac systems and is even very safe
for children. I have used the fruit option so far and it has worked great.
No need for the Miralax yet.

Great outcome (no pun intended - lol)

Thanks again for your help.
