Regarding my earlier post today, I wanted to clarify a few points.  First,
my visit with the dietitian took place the week after I was diagnosed with
CD.  After I left the dietitians office I phoned the Doctor that referred me
to her and told him NOT to refer any other celiac patients to her.  I told
him the whole story and suggested that he refer any new patients with
questions about the diet to me.  I also gave him an application to join
CSA/USA.  I don't know whether her did or not!
 
This all took place a year ago.
