I do not have a Red Star Bread Machine but did send for and receive
specific detailed procedures for baking with Red Star Yeast and bread
machines in general. There is an 800 #(8004-CELIAC) and asking for Celiac
Information sheet of info AND gluten-free bread brochure should give you
what you need. Their sheet of info mentions a GLUTEN-FREE BAKER NEWSLETTER
published 4 x YR for 19.95 from 361 Cherrywood Drive, Fairborn, OH
45324-4012 (Ohio residents ad 6% sales tax; Canadian add $1.00) I do not
subscribe so I can give no comments on its usefulness. Happy Baking!
