We are having another very hot, humid week in Indiana. I need to bake gf
bread for my son and am wondering about using the bread machine instead
of the oven. Alex is on a very high fiber diet and we have given up
trying to make high fiber, gf yeast bread that a five year old can chew!
The breads at the health food store also lack sufficient fiber. He does
well with a variation of Bette Hagman's carrot muffins using part bean
flour. Does anyone use a bread machine to make quick breads? What
changes would I have to make to bake this in my machine?
