My suitcase is packed and I can't wait.  Here is the summary and thanks

*On Maui = The West Side (name of health food store)
*On south side of Maui = Kihei Caffe on S. Kihei Rd. (they know about CD)
*Down the street south from Kihei Caffe = Hawaiian Moons Health Food
Store (ask for Michelle)
*On same street as above, Kai Ku Ono Restaurant
*Central Maui, Kahului = Down To Earth (health food store)
*Maui = Pacifico's Restaurant
*East in Paiai Town = Mana Foods; The Vegan Restaurant
*Kauai = Hanalai Dolphin in little town of Hanalai
*Pali Ke Kua are of Princeville = Beamreach Restaurant
*Hilo = The Shipman House (mentioned twice--owner understands); Cafe
100--fast food; Itsus Ice Shave
*Kauai = Smith's Tropical Gardens (good Luau)
*Waikiki = Roys Restaurant--mentioned twice (not Roy Rogers)
*Oahu = Keo's (Thai restaurant); food court in Ala Moana Shopping Center

Many said it is easy to eat GF on the islands--fish and vegetables are
