A friend has just introduced me to Brazilian cooking and as much of it is
gf, I thought I would send along the Amazon.com listing for the
cookbook--Delightful Brazilian Cooking by Eng Tie Ang

There is a 'Tapioca bread with cheese (Pao de Queijo)' that my friend says
is eaten as frequently as pb&j sandwiches here--well maybe not quite that
frequently.

Warning: NOT all recipes in the book are gf, but there are some new cookies
that are and some that could be easily modified.
