Our two year old daughter was on Rice Dream but continued to exhibit
celiac symptoms altho she was on the gluten free diet.  We happened to
find out that Rice Dream is NOT gluten free.  There is some barley in it
but not enough for them to have to list it in the ingredients.  We took
Valerie off  the Rice Dream and the symptoms disappered.
