Sylvan Border Farm's General Purpose Flour is perfect for cookies for school lunches. One of the recipes in our recipe booklet is used by parents for making Oreo Cookies. Call our 800 number for details on making these cookies.
GLUTEN IN orange juice? The Spring 2006 issue of the Celiac Disease Foundation's newsletter has a note under Product News from Minute Maid that only the 100% orange juice is gluten-free. Our Lemon Cake Mix calls for the addition of 3/4 a cup of orange juice. Please make sure that the orange juice you use has nothing added such as vitamins and calcium. The same may not be true for other companies that make orange juice, but it is always wise to check with each company for gluten in their products.
Try our gluten-free mixes. You will be delighted with their great flavors and baking properties.
You can order from our web site or by calling us direct.
