I have a question regarding the safety of smoking a turkey.  We are
traveling to relatives for Thanksgiving and they would like to smoke the
turkey.  I have given them a list of turkey brands that are okay.  Then
I started to think about the smoking process.  I have not talked to the
individual who will be smoking the turkey yet.  Does anyone know if this
is something that I need to be concerned about?  Thanks.
