Just adding my 2 cents. Pamela's brownie mix, cookies, and biscotti are "out
of this world." I'd never give them up, even if celiac disappeared. Cookies
taste great frozen! Can't tell any of it is gf by taste or texture. And
they're even appearing in supermarkets that have a health food line.
I have no connection to Pamela's or financial gain from telling you about
Pamela's products, but I bet I've gained more than a couple of pounds because
they're so good.
