I keep reading posts which say that someone called a manufacturer and were
told that their products were gf.  No one mentions getting this in writing.
It is my hope that you are asking for this information.  Verbal information
is not always correct; written information has also been known to be
incorrect but at least in writing brings attention to our cause.
