At Christmas, I had written my aunt in Santa Monica, California about the new
celiac disease discovery in our family and the genetic link.  This morning she
called me for more information.  She is interested in being tested for cd.

Could someone in the Santa Monica/Los Angeles area recommend a good
gastroenterologist who is knowledgeable about celiac disease?  Also, some of
her symptoms could be attributed to allergy (I am allergic to wheat with
respiratory symptoms as well as having cd).   So, I am also looking for the
name of a good allergist in this same area who would be familiar with
appropriate testing  (food elimination diets) for food allergies.  Any help
would be greatly appreciated!!
